ABOUT MARY RINALDI

 

Mary merged with Berkshire Hathaway in August 2015 as a Residential Asset Manager/Broker Associate.

Mary was the Broker/Owner of The Realty Shoppe of Pasco, Inc. located in Port Richey, Florida for 15 years. The Realty Shoppe of Pasco, Inc. and managed various types of residential rental homes including single-family, multi-family, small multiplexes and condominiums.  

Mary is also the Broker/Owner of Audubon Realty, Inc., a real estate firm.

She entered the Real Estate industry in 1997 and began managing properties within a couple of months as a result of the Broker’s compelling invitation to become their property manager and has been actively involved ever since.  Upon obtaining her Brokers’ license in 2000, she was offered and purchased the property management accounts from the Real Estate Company she was Property Manager for and opened her own business, The Realty Shoppe of Pasco, Inc.
