Join the women of NARPM® for an interactive afternoon where you will gain knowledge and skills to recognize potentially dangerous situations and how to avoid them. This class will run approx. 90-minutes, with a brief presentation on personal safety followed by hands-on demonstrations. Attendees will learn techniques on a “body opponent bag”. The goal for this class is to empower women in our community and ultimately avoid being the victim of a crime.
Dress Code: Dress to your comfort for an interactive, hands on learning experience.
